Why are so many people showing false sympathy & love after MJ'S death?

this is so messed up, my friends always made fun of MJ and his looks and saying hes a monster and now hes dead their all like,'; ohhh he was THE GREATEST legend ever and he was just fantastic, RIP YOU WILL BE MISSED!!'; Like wtf...you cant even tell if ppl are actual fans or not..makes me soooo mad!Why are so many people showing false sympathy %26amp; love after MJ'S death?
I'm not sad about it too much, heck I didn't even really know him. I am however, sad for his family and friends who knew him personallyh.

Most people are not ';false'; in their sympathy. If you were born after 1983-89 or you were a baby, you wouldn't even remember him in his best years. Most of the sympathy is genuine for those who have watched him since he was a child and in his heydays of the 80's. Very sad loss.
Hell, im not going to lie.... the guy was weird. Whether he molested the boys or not, he was just weird. But then again, what genius isnt? And he could be the craziest person in the world, but that still wouldnt stop his music from being ridiculously amazing. He could have killed 30 people and his music would still be cool.





Its like Kanye West. I think the guy is an arrogant, pretentious prick..... but his music is still good.
Yeah ppl do that but i dont think it should get u upset. Ppl are giving some respect to the king of pop. idk if ur a fan or not but if u r b happy that u dont have to hear someone disrepecting someone who just died. There will always b fake ppl.
You don't know what you have until you lose it. Not saying that everyone out there was related to MJ but you get what I mean.
Just because your friends are phony don't mean their sympathy is. After all, he's the king of pop and will truly be missed.
I really don't know, he was a great singer, but he was done with his career when he died. What I don't understand is why people aren't showing any support for Billy Mays.


I miss him more than MJ.
